philoActiva is a philosophical consulting company, investigating human behavior connected with unhealthy external conditions, such as companies, institutions and life’s projects. The aim is to make people aware of external reality unhealthy conditions, rather than inward depressive syndromes.

The key factors of philoActiva project are based on the idea that evolution is the evolution of consciousness and consciousness cannot evolve unconsciously. In turn, evolution is the evolution of the will, and the will cannot evolve involuntarily. The evolution of acting is the evolution of the power of doing, and the power of doing cannot occur just letting things happen. Therefore, through a phenomenological approach and acquiring mindfulness of external reality, people can step out of social and institutional frames, inauthentic lives, associative behaviours.
